Female examinations include:

*Annual Pap and Pelvic Exam                                
Early Detection Works (MUST meet eligibility guidelines)

Breast Exam

*Pregnancy Test and Counseling

*Contraceptive Services and supplies

HIV/STD Testing and Counseling

Hemoglobin check

UTI

*Can be based on a sliding fee scale provided eligibility guidelines are met.

We accept Medicaid, Unicare, BMI, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and most other insurance. Please check with our business office if you have other insurance.  All cards are required at each visit.  Payment is expected when services are received, unless other arrangements have been made.
