Visit the Meade County Health Department for any of the following services; Lab Serrvices, Immunizations, Well Baby and Children's Physical, KBH physicals, Women's Health, STD testing, Blood Pressure, Childcare Registration, WIC, and Footcare for Senior's at the Senior Center in Plains, Meade and Fowler. Along with these services we also offer Healthy Start Home Visitor and Breast Feeding Peer Counselor. For Information on any of these services feel free to call the Health Department at 620-873-8745.
The Meade County Health Department is now set up for credit card payments. We will accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover for payment for your services.

This is to be filled out once for each household. You may also call 1-800-716-6521 or 281-263-6521 – remember enroll only ONCE per household! If you have registred,or not sure what you signed up for, you may need to go to www.useiris.com to update your alerts. Once you get to the site, enter your login and password. Go to the RSS Feeds and Devices tab to change which alerts you may want. After making the changes go to the bottom of the page and click on Save. This will update your account.
