Due to an error in the levies we had to reprint all tax statement.
These are the revised statements that reflect the correct levies.
We did not reprint antiques as they don’t change and due to the time sensitivity of this matter we did NOT run tapes. You will need to add them yourselves. If you have already made a payment it will credited to the corrected statement, if there is an overpayment we will refund the money to you, if it more due we will let you know on the new receipts we send. We cannot change the due date but we will waive penalty on taxes post marked Dec 31, 2019.

Meade County was established in 1885. The county seat is located in Meade, Kansas. The original courthouse was built in 1888 and was replaced with the current building pictured above in 1928.
HOURS OF OPERATION The Courthouse is open to the general public during the following hours. (Individual departments may have different hours of operation.)
Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Closed on Saturday, Sunday and all County Holidays
All offices are open through normal lunch hours.
